Our Specialist Installers will take measurements of your door before the installation commencement. We will ensure your lock is securely installed with our professional machinery.

The installer on site will guide you and your family on the digital lock functions.

We operate every Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Please note that Condominiums and Executive Condominiums (EC) have rules on renovation timings.

Timing from installation to programming process:
Small Locks (e.g. Kaiser Gate Lock): 45 minutes ~ 1.5 hours
Big Locks(e.g. Samsung DR708, Philips 702) : 1.5 ~ 3 hours

It is not recommended as installation of modern digital locks require special tools. If poor installation is done, there will be a high chance of your door jamming. Warranty will be voided if installation not done by AutoLifeTech installers.

For our installation package. This includes: drilling, chiseling, installation, programming, step-by-step guidance, customer portal access, after-sales service and warranty.

What is not included in package and might incur additional charge?
1) Extra metal box, remote control, different face/side plate, extra RFID tag cards etc, unless otherwise stated.
2) Additional Services: Removal/Installation of non-purchased items such as door handle, door stopper, door closer, etc.
3) Extensive Labour: Hacking, cutting of metal structure & extra patching of holes, etc

Example 1: Gate lock to be mounted on different location, hence needing customised bracket plates and labour – add $50

Example 2: Upon removing existing door lock (removal included in service), there is a big hole that cannot be covered by new digital lock, customer require patching service – add $50

Example 3: Customer request additional tag cards – add $12

In order to process an exchange or replacement request, we will require photos/videos of the damaged component(s). Claims covered under warranty can be made by reaching out us at +65 9023 9057. Samsung, Philips, Kaiser Lock warranty is automatically registered, no further action required.
